Focused on Operational Excellence for Global Services at EnerNOC. When Professional Services was formed in 2015, few processes were in place to support the integrated business (Software, Professional Services, and Procurement). Role established overall governance
for 250+ FTEs and an operating cadence for the teams. Key duties include strategic alignment, business
analytics, resource management, and continuous improvement. Examples include setting cascading goals for
everyone, supporting the creation of the Customer Success process, deploying a renewal process, integrating
forecasting and financial reporting, business analytics (software engagement, utilization, profitability), and
multiple process improvements. Primary interface with internal stakeholders (Sales, IT, Operations, Finance).
Serve as energy manager and sponsor for the sustainability team.
Director of Software Services

Team was fully responsible for the delivery of the new
Energy Intelligence Software (EIS) packages. The Software Services team ensured customers received value
from EIS through the advice of the energy advisors. Enabled the “good”, “better”, “best” software delivery
programs. Established operational best practices to support software enablement and adoption. Key
successes include the creation of Customer Success Plans, software engagement tracking, a customer
support process, and tighter coordination of hand-offs..

Responsible for the delivery of all Energy Services for the
Eastern Region, including Retro-Commissioning (RCx), New Building commissioning (Cx), strategic energy
plans, and design reviews. Grew Energy Services in the Northeast from 0$ to $1.1M in 1 yr.
Senior Manager of Analytics
May 2010 - Dec 2012
Led data-driven software product team; both persistent
commissioning and interval data products. Team developed complex automated fault detection features
that created rich functionality. Responsibilities included savings calculation review, client management, and
process improvement. Key contributor in shifting EnerNOC from a DR to software company.
