K amal Cogent Energy works on a no poaching policy; a key initiative is recruiting fresh graduates from reputed institutions and training them for a career in the Green Building Industry. Many industry leaders making a mark in the segment are a product of Kamal Cogent Energy.

Another key initiative is providing learning not only by employment but also by helping the ‘pursuing’ college graduates to complete their projects. These initiatives are over and above the Corporate Social Responsibility efforts made by the Kamal & Company group.
